Did It Resonate With Us? Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy Review
We both really enjoyed the original Plague Tale games, which followed the lives of Amicia and Hugo as they battled against a disease called the Macula – and about a million or so fire-hating rats!
Whilst the last Plague Tale game finished in a pretty harrowing way (a memory that hits you like a catapult) it did introduce a few new characters that felt like they may have some really interesting back stories, including the plunderer extraordinaire, Sophia who helps sail Amicia across various choppy seas.
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy digs into Sophia’s life way before the events of the original Plague Tale games – and as you can probably guess she also had a pretty dramatic link to the Prima Macula! This game is full of amazing graphics, excellent voice acting, interesting puzzles and a nice smothering of ancient history thrown in for good measure.
